Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of VEYOCA — Auto Care and Maintenance (the "Service"), operated by VEYOCA ("we", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing, or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business; if you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

VEYOCA is a vehicle maintenance record and reminder tool for cars, trucks, buses, boats, trailers and equipment. It stores service history, mileage and time-based reminders, insurance and registration renewal dates, receipts, and shareable maintenance reports. Reminders and suggested maintenance schedules are informational aids only — you remain responsible for the safe operation, inspection, and legal compliance of your vehicles.

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@vehicle-memo.lovable.app if you suspect unauthorized access. You agree that we may send service emails to the address on your account — maintenance reminders, renewal notices, digests, and billing or security messages. Reminder and digest emails can be switched off in Settings; billing and security messages will always be sent.

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• use the Service for unlawful purposes, fraud, or spam;
• upload content that infringes another party's intellectual property or privacy;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including introducing malware, probing or scanning systems, or scraping data;
• reverse engineer the Service, resell or redistribute it, or circumvent plan limits;
• upload receipts, documents, or vehicle records you do not have the right to store or share.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the plan you have selected. We retain all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including software, documentation and branding. You keep ownership of the vehicle records, receipts and other content you upload, and you grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the Service to you (including generating reports and share links you request).

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis for the interval shown at checkout, and renew automatically until cancelled. Free usage windows and vehicle limits are described in the app and may be adjusted for future billing periods with notice.

Our order process is conducted by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record for our orders. Stripe collects payment, calculates and remits applicable sales tax and VAT, issues receipts and invoices, and handles payment disputes and refunds on our behalf.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Stripe's consumer terms. See our Refund Policy for how to request a refund.

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, or for missed maintenance, repairs, inspections, insurance or registration deadlines. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow exclusion.

You will indemnify us against claims arising from content you upload or share, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel at any time. After termination you may export your records for 30 days, after which we may delete your data in line with our Privacy Notice.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the Service or legal requirements. We will post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date, and material changes will be communicated by email or in the app.

These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's place of business, and disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
